We're the BookingsGuru team and we look after the out of hours lettings at Buile Hill Academy on behalf of Mitie.

BookingsGuru are a service provider, running the administration for after school lettings on behalf of schools and Company's like Mitie. We are your first point of contact for hiring the venue and ongoing liaison once you are booked in.

The BookingsGuru office is open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday throughout the year. We are closed on Bank holidays.
Buile Hill Academy is available to hire 18:00-21:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-17:00 on Saturdays.
Please note Buile Hill Academy is not available for hire on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
